I bring infrastructure expertise, project discipline and team coordination to healthcare, aerospace and defence environments.

The scope, my contribution and the outcome of four projects across healthcare, aerospace and defence.
Coordinating the people, vendors and infrastructure behind a 20,000 sq ft healthcare facility.
An automated request form that reduced errors caused by missing order information.
Leading a six-person team to establish traceable inventory control across valuable equipment.
Turning scattered guidance into a central portal for task management, knowledge sharing and handover.
Supported an EHR rollout through software deployment, staff training and vendor coordination at Trinity Community Health Centers of Louisiana.
Technical fluency supported by project discipline, clear communication and practical process improvement.
Experience across Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware, VDI, Cisco networking and healthcare systems. At Sierra Nevada Corporation, supported secure virtual desktop infrastructure and engineering workload requirements.
From construction contractors and clinical vendors to engineering stakeholders: translating requirements, coordinating dependencies and keeping delivery connected to operational needs.
Centralised operations guidance and improved procurement through request forms, tracking and automated approval routing. Practical changes that make work easier to follow and hand over.
Coordinate the local IT team on systems administration and network support, working with customer stakeholders on service priorities, access dependencies and escalations.
Secure VDI, technical trade studies, cost analysis and delivery planning. Scrum Master work, earned value management support and procurement workflow improvement.
Progressed through documented technical and project roles. Led inventory implementation, consolidated operational guidance and supported Active Directory services for 1,000+ personnel.
Delivered clinic infrastructure, coordinated contractors and technology vendors, and supported an EHR rollout across clinical and pharmacy locations.
Infrastructure and application support for rural healthcare, including VMware, backups and EHR systems. Coordinated an HL7 laboratory-interface provider handover.
My career began in rural healthcare IT in Louisiana and has taken me through military service, aerospace engineering environments and IT site leadership in the United Kingdom.
Across those settings, my work has connected technical detail with people and processes: getting a clinic ready to open, making equipment accountable, and giving teams clearer ways to manage their work.
I’m now looking to bring that experience to an infrastructure or technical delivery role in the UAE.
